Structure of the Capital Group

As of 31 December 2014, the Capital Group included the Parent Company - KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. as well as 75 subsidiaries.

The Group includes companies carrying out core business activities, i.e. mining production of metals (including copper, silver, nickel, gold, platinum, palladium, molybdenum and rhenium, among others), the exploration and exploitation of copper and other metals as well as the companies working for the core process line, i.e. providers of mining construction services, transport, manufacturers of machinery and equipment for mining, electricity and thermal energy providers, explosives providers, and companies conducting research and development. Other entities not affiliated with the process line provide health services, among others.
