THE DEVELOPMENT OF A RESOURCE BASE

Sustainable strategy for acquisition of new resources is based on the following assumptions:

  • acquisition of new resources through activities on the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) market and resultant mergers with mining companies owning assets in economically attractive geological resources,
  • prospecting activities in the areas in the immediate vicinity of recoverable reserves in order to extend operational life.
